Art Weisberg Park to the Community Park area
The CSD describes a 1.5-mile unpaved, multi-use route beside New York Creek. Choose a short out-and-back if you’re learning your dog’s pace. Expect an outdoor trail surface rather than a continuously paved sidewalk.

The Saratoga trailhead has a small parking area and shaded picnic tables, for a pause before or after the walk. The recreation trail connects Crescent Ridge through Saratoga Estates toward the Promontory system. Check the distance on the CSD map.

Parking and restrooms make this park an accessible starting point. Dogs are excluded from the synthetic field, splash pad and playground areas; stay on permitted paths and follow leash rules.

The designated dog park sits west of New York Creek beside the athletic fields. Separate large- and small-dog areas are provided. Choose the appropriate area, watch the entry gate, and leave if your dog seems uncomfortable.

This 1.1-mile connection includes varied trail surfaces and crossings at Hensley Circle. It also links toward Promontory Community Park by a short sidewalk connection. Plan the crossings as part of the walk, not as an afterthought.
