Walking inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we store your contact details, city, dog information, and preferred schedule so our family can confirm coverage and respond. These records are kept in the website’s private inquiry inbox. Submission does not book a walk or sign you up for marketing.
Do not include gate codes, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in the notes. Contact us if you would like your inquiry deleted.
Scheduling a conversation
The scheduling button opens Calendly, which handles the meeting details you share there under its own privacy policy.
Website operation
We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit repeated form submissions. Photographs are served with the website.

Policy acknowledgement and notifications
Your browser remembers that you acknowledged our walking limits. The form does not store your contact details or dog information in browser storage. When our email service is configured, we send our family an alert when an inquiry is saved. The alert contains a reference number and private inbox link, not your contact details or care notes. Our email provider processes the alert to deliver it.
