We live in Folsom. On a walk through our neighborhood, our children seem to know every dog by name. They remember who likes to stop and sniff, who waits by a certain gate, which toy is the favorite, and which snack gets the happiest response. Their affection for animals has become part of our family’s everyday life.

How Folsom Family Dog Co. began

That love of dogs gave us the idea for a family business serving our neighbors in Folsom and El Dorado Hills. Our children get to put their energy and attention into something that matters to them. We get to help them learn the responsibility that comes with caring for an animal someone loves.

We want to know the details you know: your dog’s routine, their favorite stops, their comfortable pace, and the things they would rather avoid. Tell us about treats they can have, toys they enjoy, and any instructions that make their day easier. We follow the care plan you give us.
